In a city filled with traffic, MARTA is encouraging Atlantans to get a team together, ditch their cars and explore the city with its second annual “Dump the Pump Scavenger Hunt.”

This weekend, clues and riddles about Atlanta’s history will be left in MARTA stations across the city for the teams of four to six to decipher for prizes, which include iPad minis.

The event is sponsored by the American Public Transportation Association whose members and staff work to advance and ensure public transportation for all Americans.

Registration for the event is free. Check-in at Five Points Station begins at 10:50 a.m. The scavenger hunt begins at Saturday, June 14, at noon.
